If you have received an invoice from Healthy San Francisco (HSF), you may pay your fees online or by mail.
To pay online, please visit the HSF Payment Portal. You will be asked to enter your name and Participant ID number, which can be found on your invoice and HSF ID Card. Please enter your information exactly as it appears on these documents. You may use a credit card or transfer funds easily from your bank account.
If you prefer to pay by mail, please send a check or money order to the address on your invoice and include your invoice slip with your payment. This guide can help you fill out your check or money order correctly.
